At Innerspace Watersports, we’re excited to announce that bookings for our AST 1 Avalanche Skills Training Courses are now open, with two sessions available in December.
Why Take an AST 1 Avalanche Course?
AST 1 (Avalanche Skills Training Level 1) is the foundational course for anyone venturing into backcountry areas in the winter. It covers essential skills, including:

Course Details
We’re offering two sessions in December, each designed to provide a hands-on, practical learning experience in real backcountry settings.
Session 1: December 21st - 22nd
Session 2: December 28th - 29th
Each session includes both in-class and field components, allowing participants to apply what they’ve learned directly in the backcountry. Our certified instructors bring years of experience and a passion for backcountry safety, ensuring that every participant gains valuable, actionable skills.
